At Milliard Brands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home comfort purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original Milliard packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
